At ManagedInbox (a brand of SSD Web Solutions), we strive to provide high-quality Google Workspace and business email services. This Refund Policy explains the terms under which refunds are available.


1. Google Workspace Licenses

All payments for Google Workspace licenses are non-refundable, as these fees are paid directly to Google and cannot be reversed.


2. Other Services (Workspace Setup & Email Services)

For other services provided by ManagedInbox:

  • Clients may request a refund if they are unsatisfied with the service and cancel the project within 7 days of payment.
  • Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original payment, whenever possible.

3. Alternative Refund Method

If refund via the original payment method is not possible, we may request your company bank account details to process the refund. Refunds through bank transfer will be completed within 5–7 working days after confirmation of account details.


4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact us at [email protected] with your payment details and reason for cancellation.
  2. Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility.
  3. Eligible refunds will be processed as per Section 2 and 3 above.
