Welcome to ManagedInbox (a brand of SSD Web Solutions). By using our website (www.managedinbox.in) and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.


1. Services Offered

ManagedInbox provides:

  • Google Workspace setup, migration, and support.
  • Business email consulting and email services.
  • IT support and related services for small and medium businesses.

All services are delivered digitally and/or remotely unless otherwise agreed.


2. Payment Terms

  • Advance Payment: Clients must pay in advance to activate any services. Services will not be activated until full payment is received.
  • Renewal Payment: Payment for subscription-based services must be made on or before the renewal date (last date of the current subscription).
  • Service Suspension: If a client fails to make the renewal payment within 7 days after the renewal date, services will be suspended. ManagedInbox will not be liable for any loss of business, revenue, or trust arising from such suspension.
  • Google Workspace Renewal:
    • If the renewal payment for Google Workspace is not made within 30 days from the renewal date, ManagedInbox will end the relationship, and the Workspace account will be moved to Google.
    • After this, clients must contact Google directly for renewal or support of their Google Workspace account.
  • Price Changes: Google Workspace prices may change at any time by Google. ManagedInbox will inform clients at least 30 days before the next renewal of any updated prices. Clients will be liable to pay the new updated prices at renewal.

3. Compliance with Google Terms

  • Clients using Google Workspace services must comply with Google’s Terms of Service and Policies.
  • ManagedInbox is not responsible for any suspension, termination, or restrictions imposed by Google due to violation of their terms.
  • ManagedInbox will not be liable for any loss, including business loss, revenue, or loss of trust, whether due to Google’s actions or missed renewal payments.

4. Refund Policy

  • Payments for Google Workspace licenses are non-refundable, as these fees are paid directly to Google.
  • For other services (Workspace setup, email consulting, etc.), refunds may be requested within 7 days of payment if the client is unsatisfied.
  • Refunds will be processed via the same payment method whenever possible, or via bank transfer within 5–7 working days if the original payment method is unavailable.

5. Use of Analytics and Live Chat

  • Clicky Analytics is used to monitor anonymized website traffic and visitor behavior.
  • Tawk.to Live Chat is used for real-time customer support. Data shared via chat is stored securely by Tawk.to according to their privacy practices.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content, logos, and materials on the website are the property of ManagedInbox / SSD Web Solutions.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • ManagedInbox is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
  • ManagedInbox will not be liable for any loss of business, revenue, or trust resulting from service suspension due to overdue renewal payments, price changes, or Google Workspace compliance issues.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, but we strive for high-quality support.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Updates will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
